It seems to be good quality but is a bit small. Everything works and responds well though.The only negative I have to say is it doesn't have forced feed-back (doesn't fight back). My roommate has a better wheel but dropped about 40 more on it. It's not, and it was my mistake. I am not sending it back, it's quite light-years beyond what I was using for my racing games (held-in-the-air wireless wheel, )even with the wires. But there are issues, to wit:1) It is quite small. The wheel is about the size of a salad plate; not a problem as far as I'm concerned. But if you want to sit this thing on your lap, as described in the instructions, you better have some skinny thighs. I'm a 5'8" out-of-shape cyclist, I can *barely* get the leg supports around my thighs, and I am not particularly comfortable once I wedge my legs in there. Certain important anatomical regions are compressed to an uncomfortable, but not distressing, degree. Problem solved by placing the steering unit on a stable wood TV tray. 2) There are suction cups on the bottom of the unit that are supposed to adhere to a flat surface.
