5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible (s) Pun Intended, March 27, 2012

This review is from: Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure (Video Game)
Bought this for my Grandson on it's release date, after reading the previews. I will begin, by saying they do a fantastic job of immensing you into the world of Pixar and their movies. First thing that happens, is it creates you as a Pixar character, by scanning you in, and uses a little trick to duplicate the color of your clothing, into each of your characters attributes. The next thing I would like to mention, is unlike the other Disney Kinect title, this one seems alot easier for the younger ones to get going in the game, making the menu navigation much more responsive and easier to navigate through, which is great. The attention to graphics is also incredible, as the game is being played, you actually fel like you are watching a Pixar movie. The concept of the game is quite simple, your character (A Child), is dropped at a Pixar camp, which you can freely roam around in, stopping and meeting other children in the park, all which will stop and give you their take on what part... 5.0 out of 5 stars Very Cute, March 26, 2012

I bought this for my son's six birthday and he loves it! First it scans him and it really does look like him! Then if it's a new day he can update his scanned version of himself and it will change the color of his clothes. You run around the park and play mini games for different Pixar movies, and he runs so much (even though all you really need to do is swing your arms) that he gets tired! :)

He has only played Cars and Toy Story so far but he loves it, my 8 year old loved it, even my 16 year old cousin was enjoying it. I have to say out of all the kinect games we have, this one is the best!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wii Fit for the Kinect, March 27, 2012

If you're an adult, and you liked running with the Wii Fit, you'll enjoy this. Activities include running or walking, rowing, jumping, throwing and raising arms. I was unsure about this game, but if you like the short demo on XBLA, you'll love this title a lot. The tracking is excellent, and if you get a little confused, the directions on what to do next are clear with the on-screen descriptions. The many courses are short (3 for each adventure equaling fifteen 8-10 minute courses in all), but after you complete it once, you can clap to get your new friend to help you out find secret new paths. I've played it approximately 10 hours and haven't run into any problems with tracking (you turn shoulders to move different directions, and it works flawlessly). Aside from the driving, this game is for people that like to walk, because it requires a lot of it. I highly recommend this one for adults, and of course children that like to walk.
