This review is from: Madden NFL 12 Hall of Fame Edition (Video Game) I pre ordered the special edition being a huge Madden fan and slightly disliked the 2011 Madden I was rather looking forward to Madden 2012 and its so called improvements. I enjoy the game simply because as said before I am a huge Madden fan, but to pay as much as I did for the special edition was a mistake I cant take back, i would have rather waited for the price to go down. I feel as if the creators made it "newb" friendly online. I could intercepts balls with my eyes closed in this, running the ball is a joke of ease and you can pretty much pick between a few defenses and tear apart offenses. I have played close to 100 games online and just cant seem to keep my interest, and if you think a hundred games is alot, trust me, for as long as it has been out its not. Maybe I'm just lucky and get matched against people who are just not good, overall though I just wasnt satisfied with the game as a whole. Better luck next year. I realized years ago that they are only interested in MONEY, which would be fine with me if they gave you something for your money! Now, it's about nickle and diming loyal customers to death instead of giving the customer their moneys worth! Since the game engine is the same year after year after year.... just show a little self control and stay a year behind! In this way, you will only be paying $20 for updated rosters and minor presentation changes instead of $60! The game will still be new to you and you wont be rewarding EA for screwing you! In addition to basically selling you last years game for full price, they are now charging you extra for features that should be included in the first place! Why in the world would anyone even consider rewarding EA for their corrupt and greedy treatment of their loyal customer base and what makes anyone think that they wont continue to take advantage as long as we are willing... Killzone 3 is the fourth release overall in the PlayStation 3 exclusive first-person shooter franchise, and contains the first integration of the PlayStation Move system into its gameplay. In it players continue the fight by a futuristic special ops team against the seemingly unstoppable Helghast Empire. Continue the Fight Against the Helghast

Visari, the leader of the Helghast is gone, but the war is far from over. Helghast forces have mounted a devastating counterattack, prompting the ISA (Interplanetary Strategic Alliance) evacuation of planet Helghan. As new Helghast battalions appear, armed with more powerful weapons, ISA forces find themselves outmanned, outgunned and surrounded. Players of Killzone 3 will need to learn more about their enemy and use new tools to continue the fight.

PlayStation Move integration into Killzone 3 is one of these new tools. Although the DualShock 3 controller is of course supported, the two controllers of the PlayStation Move system (Move and Navigational) are also usable at every stage of the game. Use the Motion Controller as a site for your weapon and pointer that changes your view of the horizon onscreen, while the Navigational controller provides movement as well as auto-aiming functionality. The sensitivity of the Move controller can be altered via the game's setting menu. With a subtle gesture the Move Motion controller can also reload a weapon, pick up items and ammo on the battlefield, as well as unleash a brutal melee attack within close range of an enemy. Additional features of the game as a whole include: the ability to carry two primary weapons in addition to your piston and knife, jet pack functionality seen in earlier games, fully destructible environments and online multiplayer support.

PlayStation Move

PlayStation Move offers a new and innovative gaming experience for the PlayStation 3 (PS3) system by fusing realistic, high-definition gaming along with accurate, intuitive control. Consisting of PlayStation Move motion controller, the PlayStation Eye camera and the optional PlayStation Move Navigational controller, the PlayStation Move controller system enables sophisticated motion control and immersive gameplay only possible on PlayStation 3.

Camera Peripheral

The PlayStation Eye camera is an integral part of PlayStation Move experience. The camera tracks the sphere of the Move motion controller in your hands to accurately read your every move. Crouch behind cover, or dodge an incoming attack - your movements will be accurately captured in-game. The camera has a fast frame rate for pristine video quality. It also has built-in microphones so that you can chat about strategies with other players, give in-game commands, or set up a private conversations with up to six friends.

Move Motion Controller

The cornerstone of the PlayStation Move system, the PlayStation Move motion controller combines advanced motion sensors, a dynamic color changing sphere, vibration feedback, and an easy-to-use button interface to provide the ultimate in motion-based gaming. Equipped with a three axis gyroscope, a three axis accelerometer and terrestrial magnetic field sensor, the PlayStation Move motion controller registers your precise movements by noting the angle of the controller in real-time and in 3D space via a constant connection to the PlayStation Eye camera. Highly sensitive movement tracking can be accurately traced back to the game, allowing intuitive gameplay as if the player is within the game. Move Navigational Controller

The PlayStation Move Navigation controller is a supplementary controller developed to further expand the experience that PlayStation Move games can offer. It can be used in most PlayStation Move games that require navigating an in-game character as it replicates the control features of the left side of DualShock 3 or Sixaxis wireless controllers into one's PlayStation Move experience. The PlayStation Move Navigation controller adds an analog stick, directional buttons and two face buttons into the PlayStation Move's control scheme. In addition, the Move Navigation controller contains the L1 button, L2 button and L3 button for actions and commands common in advanced gaming.

Killzone 3 contains more cutscenes, better graphics, and more options to take down the Helghast. The story line is top notch and I can say it is going to be my favorite game for quite a while! Everything included in the Helghast Edition is of great quality and attention to detail (especially in the Helghast helmet) is what makes this edition worth it in the end. I really enjoyed the soundtrack but I feel like it is incomplete in regards to the best music from the game. I've always considered the Killzone series to have some of the best music so I was a little disappointed. All in all I recommend any Killzone fan to pick up the Helghast edition, although as long as you get the game you'll have tons of fun! The multiplayer is good, although could be amazing if they included the ability to create custom matches from day 1 (a patch is said to be on the way to allow for that, like KZ2), and if they gave us back the ability to create multiple spawn points, including being able to spawn off the squad leader. They made the multiplayer more like COD, which isn't bad, but is a huge step down from KZ2 experience. The helmet, while plastic, is very detailed and I think is pretty sweet. The art book is put together wonderfully. There are concepts of pretty much everything you could want. And the background of the pages has like a glossy holographic effect to them with a design. Pretty cool. The figure is one of a kind. Very detailed as well. The Super Voucher is awesome. It is included inside the case with the manual and SOCOM 4 Beta Code. I got online at noon on release day, used my double xp with voucher, and played until 4am the... It will also be brief since the video shows off most of the content for the Collector's Edition. The first item of the Helghast Edition that should be mentioned is the helmet itself. The helmet is fairly decent in size and as others have mentioned before, is not big enough to be worn. You will also instantly notice how it does not weigh very much which in all fairness is not a terrible thing. The paint job on the helmet is also very good, although it does look perhaps a little less darker than I was expecting (do not get me wrong it is not bright or anything). Opening or removing the helmet is very easy, just lift it up and you can easily get to the art book and game case that can be housed inside.
